Well done to our juveniles who turned out in force to win the county development shield with some super performances, This event is designed as an introduction to competition for young athletes and our young stars performed outstandingly to retain the development shield. A large number of seniors ran in the open 5k which was the last race in the distance league, Congratulations to Helen McElwaine who won her category with consistant performances throughout the league, well done to Audrey Harraghey who was runner up in her category. Overall phoenix finished in second to overall winners Carrick Aces. Congratulations and very well done to them. Training has been interrupted during recent bad weather but we hope to be back to normal now. The Ulster juvenile indoors take place on 3rd and 4th of February. Entries are now in so please contact coaches with any queries.
